Accu-Chek Benefits

As an owner of an Accu-Chek meter you are entitled to a range of benefits absolutely free of charge. To become an Accu-Chek member, you just need to complete the warranty card found in the box your meter came in, and return the card in the reply paid envelope provided. If you no longer have the warranty card you can register by calling the Accu-Chek Customer Care line on 1-800-88-1313 during business hours (Call center opens Mon-Fri from 8.30 am to 5.30pm).

Additionally, we have Diabetes Diaries which we have developed to help you manually track your blood glucose results. Just call the customer care for a FREE copy.

For those of you who have set the date and time in your Accu-CHek meter, we will be able to print out a copy of your results via Accu-Chek Smart Printer to help you track your blood glucose and understand some of the trends in your blood glucose results. This free-of-charge service is only available at the Accu-Chek main office in Petaling Jaya.
